We collect only what we need to market My Doctor Connect and help you on board safely.

  • Billing detailsneeded to manage subscriptions and invoices. Card data is handled by our payment processor Stripe and is not stored on My Doctor Connect servers.
  • Product usagesuch as page views, feature adoption, devices/browser details, IP address, and session timestamps.
  • Communicationsand support history, including preferences for product updates and marketing emails.

How we use your information

We use your data to operate the platform, communicate clearly, and keep onboarding smooth.

  • Provide and personalizethe My Doctor Connect experience, including onboarding you & clients and managing your subscription.
  • Send essential service noticesbilling, security updates, product changes and optional marketing updates you can opt out of any time.
  • Monitor reliability, performanceand adoption to improve features and remove friction in the signup flow.
